SSP1 form?

Yeah she has been getting paid £353.80 per 4 weeks which equates to £88.45 per week so she has been getting paid correctly.
But I think we need need the SSP1 to be able to make an IS claim based on my partner getting Carers Allowance for me?

Could try printing it off and see if employer will fill it in; if they will not then down to contacting HMRC about it.0
