YMMV. I've had more trouble with Vauxhalls than I have with the Citreon,. Peugeot and Renault's that I've ownex

Totally agree. The finance co. must be involved if your handing the car back.

I would go further than that - the O/P MUST speak to the finance company.

Its THEIR car, they need to be involved in this.
