The original post does indicate that something was sent to China, but was it the order or (some of) the ordered goods?

I suspect the OP's first language is not English and that the reference about "sending" to Hong kong should read that the items were sent from Hong Kong.

Many dodgy sites are apparently "UK based", but on closer inspection are nothing of the sort.

Regardless, I doubt the OP will be getting any compensation for late deliveries..

Or he himself could be Chinese here in the UK and buying goods to be delivered back to Hong Kong.

I read it carefully the first time,

I ordered 9 items online and sent it to Hong Kong

I interpreted this as the order (not the items) was "sent to HK.

Could be wrong and the op ordered online wanting the the items delivered to HK . . it's not really clear.

I made an order of 9 items from HQHAIR.com and want the items to delivery to Hong Kong. HQHAIR is based in UK and under the Hut group. I did the shopping with them online on 28 Nov, and they dispatched my items on 29 Nov. There were only 1 item dispatched in tracked delivery, which I received it on 22 Dec. However, for the rest of the 8 items were dispatched in standard delivery, and I received it on 5 Jan. Those items were supposed to be a christmas gift for my friends, but it didn't arrive before christmas, so i had to get another present for my friend.
