Late Delivery Parcel

Hi, I ordered 9 items online and sent it to Hong Kong. The website stated that if I order more than 50 pounds, it offer tracked delivery and the estimate delivery time is 4-9 working days. However, only 1 item was sent in tracked delivery and arrived after 12 working days. And the rest of the 8 items was sent in standard delivery and arrive after 36 calendar day.

They are stating a false statement on their delivery and the delivery time is more than 30 days.

I have complaint but they are not offering me any compensation.

Can I ask for it?

Of course you can. You can ask for anything you like.
Just itemise you losses and submit your claim.

Where is the seller based?
In the UK, Hong Kong or somewhere else?

When did you order ? I assume as you're posting now that you ordered them over the hugely busy Christmas period ?

I'd re-read his post if I were you, the only reference to China is the items being sent TO Hong Kong.
