Can I suggest that you stop taking out your obvious, albeit understandable, anger on people here, and move your problem to the Consumer Rights forum, as advised previously?I think this job really needs

Is this a Very credit account? I assumed by your annoyance you had paid upfront for the item.......
If it is a credit account (as your post re next statement suggests) items do not get added to your statement until they have at the very least been despatched so you won't be required to pay any more on your next statement.On the road to financial freedom.... one MSE penny at a time....:T0 -
Perhaps you should have read the T&C's before ranting. We have no idea why they told you differently. It says 'upto' 14 days, so maybe they just figure the norm is 3-5 days.If that's the case, then why did one person tell me 48 hours an the other after that 3-5 days? Like what would be the point of not being upfront with me because given that 5 day limit is up on Wednesday an I'll contact them again if there's no change, why not just save themselves the time an tell me 14 days straight away?
