Does the most excellent Snowman spreadsheet take into account if a SIPP is in drawdown?0

I've uploaded version 33 of the platform comparison spreadsheet into the first post.
The following changes are incorporated.
CHARLES STANLEY
Inclusion of 10th September 2018 increase in main tier of platform charge from 0.25%pa to 0.35%pa.
BEST INVEST
Inclusion of October 2018 charge increase, i.e. a £100pa additional SIPP charge.
SELFTRADE
Inclusion of July 2018 charge changes
X-O
From 1st August 2018 the £118.80pa SIPP charge is only waived for the first year (for new customers). Spreadsheet costs amended and based on the year 2.3.. charges. There is an override available on the 'Overrides' sheet for existing SIPP customers where the waiver is indefinite.

Thank you very much for this fantastic document Snowman.
I was directed here by Eskbanker and I was able to obtain the information I require. Thank you again!0 -
This is a great spreadsheet. Are you planning to update it with the new interactive investor charges (Investor, Funds Fan & Super Investor)?

I've uploaded version 34 of the platform comparison spreadsheet into the first post.
The following changes are incorporated:
INTERACTIVE INVESTOR
I've added in the new charging structure based on the Core Plan (Investor Plan). I've decided against coding in the Funds Fan and Super Investor plans (even as over-rides) as they normally only work out cheaper where there is frequent dealing going on (and the spreadsheet isn't really intended for those purposes), and some frequent trader discounts at high levels of trading are already not included.
The spreadsheet assumes that trades under the Core Plan are spread out during the year so that the trading credit is used before the 90 day expiry date to cover the cost of the trades (up to the 12th trade of course). There is a tailored warning in the funds only (and funds plus shares) results if there are more than 18 trades pa and in the shares only results if there are more than 27 trades pa that one of the other plans may work out cheaper. It can still be cheaper on the Funds Fan and Super Investor structures below these levels, but only I calculate if the trades aren't managed to utilise the free trades on the Core Plan.
BARCLAYS SMART INVESTOR
New structure now incorporated into the spreadsheet.
SHARE DEAL ACTIVE
Now added into the spreadsheet
CLOSE BROTHERS
Reduction of percentage element of charges to 0.25%pa for all investments incorporated into spreadsheet
FIDELITY
No changes made. But I have removed the warning that there is only a small choice of ETFs and no shares for new customers. Fidelity have widened the availability of ETFs and shares and notified customers around the end of June. In their own wording 'We now offer you shares across the FTSE All-Share Index and AIM indices, plus exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and investment trusts'.
ALLIANCE TRUST SAVINGS
I've left them in the spreadsheet for the time being. But the takeover by Interactive Investor went through in the last week, and it is widely reported that ATS customers will move onto the Interactive Investor structure at some point. Has anyone seen anything official on this?
I've slightly rushed the update so it's possible a few errors have crept in on this update, but I'll give it another check-over in the next few weeks.I came, I saw, I melted0 -

Snowman Which are the platforms that offer discounts based on holding multiple accounts (i.e. SIPP and ISA and S&S)? Thank you.0

Download the spreadsheet in post #1, fill in your investment amounts, and it will tell you the cheapest.0
