I was wondering where I could find info on my local police auctions (the ones that sell stolen goods)? A friend of mine managed to bag £150 worth of Benefit make-up (you girls will know what im on about!) for only £15... and I want to get some bargains too!

Thanks for that scotgirl.. unfortunately, it doesnt look like they have one near me, the nearest one is probably liverpool, and that is a good 1 hour away! not worth it just for an auction i don't think... ah well!I

We have one in Aberdeen but I actually have never been - although we have friends who have had great bargains. Like you say though, not worth the journey if you don't know what will be on offer.
As an after thought though - maybe it is worth caling the local police station and asking them if they ever do auctions? Maybe they are not advertised.The Best Things in Life Are Free0 -
