Always been a Vodafone customer. Not proud of that, but no provider is perfect .:)
Anyway, to the matter at hand : a few months ago I received the random and regular ' as you are a loyal customer' call , offering things I don't need or want .Cutting a long story short, I asked for a sim only deal ( had them in the past ). I received sim with a new phone no. Replacing my present one . Of course I politely told them , how unprofessional they were . I had conversations via Egypt , and chat on the website . Present no. Reinstated .
I then moved house, said goodbye to bt and their lame infinity package. This meant I went for Vodafone broadband (£22 p m)
I'm currently renting, but may have to change broadband when I move in approx 5 months time .
Now ( at last ) the question : when my contract with the phone ( I currently have the iPhone 5s) expires in Feb , do Vodafone contact me and my bill reduced? Do I tell them?
I like the 5s,as it has headphone socket.
Also, I'm on a dmp, so may be best to stay with them ?
I'm in the middle of trying to settle f&f on dmp , so it may not matter.
Thanks

What's 'f&f on dmp'?0

Sorry Colin, too much abbreviation
It means full and final settlement on my debt management plan.
I'm in the process, of trying to,pay it off.
Thanks0 -
Your contract doesn't 'expire', it simply reaches the end of the 24m minimum term. After that, you need to give 30 days notice to end the contract. No free lunch, and no free laptop0

Thanks Mac man . Do you think they'd reduce my price , or would I have to chase them ?0

You would need to do a little research and then contact them asking to drop to a sim only tariff or get them to (possibly) offer a retention deal on sim only better than the current plans.====0 -
