hardest thing is navigating around a different language on the site

I've not used it on Thomas Cook, but on other foreign language sites I've used the Chrome browser wich has built in translation capabilities.

just not happening for me goes back to uk version.

Use Chrome as above, and couple it up with "NoCountryRedirect" add-on.
  • Hi Just an update, I have now booked via Thomas cook.de, they basically confirm the booking with the tour operator who work for TUI so, I have created an account using google translate lol.. a tour company called 1-2-fly emailed me welcoming me, clicked through their page and it directed me straight to the TUI website with my booking infor with a countdown to when we check in, with all details including guest names room type board basis etc, probably the same as the Thomson uk manage my booking platform.

pretty satisfied, gave thomascook.de a telephone call on paid by credit card had my booking confirmed almost instantly, and agents spoke perfect English.

Managed to book 2 double deluxe seaview rooms for the price of 2 standard rooms booked in the uk.£400 saving in total !!
