I have been reading in the website of ParkingEye and when I try to fill the appeal template I have to write my name and adress in the gaps they provide. Also I have to identify myself as a Driver/registerd keeper / both / hirer or non of the above if not the website doesn´t let me continue :(

None of the above. You were the day to day keeper on the day of the alleged event.

Those pics can't be viewed by anyone but you.

You need to set your account so others can view the images. I hope the account isn't in your real name or has other personal pics in the albums as well.

Send the BPA template in blue from the NEWBIES thread as already advised. We don't need to see it and nobody here is going to open a second window and check line by line that it is the right one.

There are two templates. One says it for BPA members and is written in blue text.

The other says it is for IPC members and is written in black text.

Both are in the latest version of the NEWBIES thread.

You still need to edit post 22, NOW!

You need to remove everything in the photos that allows the ppc to identify you (eg ref no/location/time of entry and exit to the second etc etc)

    OP see #35

You have not redacted the letter to remove identifying data, the ppc will easily identify you!

(The ppcs do monitor these forums and can use your posts against you)

I guess when I complete the online appeal to PE in the website they are asking me to fill my personal details in, I have to do it but choosing the option "non of the above". Also they ask me this:

"Please attach any relevant supporting information to assist with this appeal, this may include a store receipt from the day in question, proof of purchases via a bank statement, full copy of a Blue Badge, parking ticket purchased etc. "

Shall I attach a copy of the ticket (proof of my payment at the car park)?

    Many thanks.

Could you edit post 36 to remove the links? Thanks.

You keep revealing who was driving. Delete Post 39!

The scammers can match words posted on here against the exact time and date also quoted or posted on an image. They then compare that information with their data they have on file about events on a certain date.

That tells them that poster with username XXXXXXX is the person who is appealing, and has admitted on an open forum that they were driving. Screengrab taken and sent to PoPLA or court if it came to that, driver is liable and the POFA 2012 protection goes out the window.

Do what is asked/suggested first, then ask why, but without making things worse.

Also I have realized now on that day it was freezing and when I got in the car I had to wait 3-4 minutes with the hot air on inside until I was able to see trough the windows.
Include that in the POPLA appeal in due course, in the section about grace periods. As everyone does, using the templates provided.

For now, choose 'registered keeper'. All newbies here easily manage this easy stage; it is not hard not to say who was driving and to decide which choice to describe yourself (NOT 'driver'). You are imagining problems which don't exist and more urgently, half your posts say who was driving.
Why could they use the posts against me?
Because you keep saying who parked/was driving. Your first post needs major editing. URGENTLY.

Have you even checked your PCN against the version in post #3 of the NEWBIES thread and found out if it is one that is capable of holding a keeper liable, or the other type? Have a close look - I have made it easy by showing a linked version to compare. Which type is it and what was the gap between the parking event and 'date issued'?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
