    if the goods arent fit for the purpose for which they are sold, then yes.. you are entitled to a refund. Call customer services.

    hiya Pixie!

    I'm waiting for fishface to pop the photos back up again so I can go and get a bath. The bubbles are disappearing because the soap fell in it and the water is too hot to fish it out! I reckon the second I go to put the cold water in she will quickly flash herself and i'll miss it again!!!
