NTC Parking Charge Notice - advice please

we understand , but its not a criminal court , its a small claims court , a bit like Judge Rinder but take away all the theatrics and point scoring
its the judge and a couple of people in a small room around a table, a bit like you see on those council parking notices where they are disputing it with the person who deals with those types of tickets, but in these cases nobody from the other side may turn up , or the company`s rep may turn up , or a jobbing solicitor or trainee may turn up , to bat for the parking company, and the keeper may have a "friend" with them , for various reasons, including moral support
this isnt like being rolf harris in a criminal court on CPS charges for despicable crimes
they will still be "squeaky clean" after the case , whatever the outcome , as its a dispute about a ralatively small amount of money , nothing more
the same would happen to this person if a plumber mended the boiler and the keeper didnt pay the plumbers invoice , so the plumber issues the same court papers , ie:- an MCOL0 -
It's the possibility of court that really worries the keeper who is a squeaky clean individual
A small claim does not affect that person's squeaky clean credit file, as long as they defend it if they get court papers (rare, and we help with these and we usually see successes reported). A CCJ does not just happen even if someone loses - they would just end up paying and it would be gone - but we want them to pay nothing, that's why we are here.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
