You can simply ignore debt collectors or, if you feel you must do something then write to them once to deny the debt and insist that they only contact you by letter.

Smart Parking just want your money, so they are not going to be reasonable about anything. Most people cave in because they just want it to go away. Don't be a sucker.

Smart are a joke, If its the same location i may actually have a photo taken when a relative had a ticket from them.

Between the £1 shop and a freezer shop?

I sent the appeal in for them, hinting at they are a joke and that they can continue to waste both their and my time if they wish.

Oddly they didnt respond to my appeal at all and sent a couple of letters to the owner. I replied back for them saying why have they not responded to my online appeal (recorded using screen capture software as proof) and no more letters.

Found them, I remember now. Took the pictures on the way down on Xmas day. Hows that for dedication.

I have higher res pictures, but the 2013 sign says if not paid witrhin 28 days an admin charge of upto £40 will be levied.

The carpark is managed on behalf of the owners, no mention of who the owners are.

Sign says permit holders only which is incorrect when i visited, there are parking spaces further round the roadway with a pay and display machine for public use and unless its closed a rooftop carpark which is also a pay and display for the public.
