Getting back on track, all the family takes a childrens multi vit tablet and I also take magnesium to help my nerves, bones and muscles. I spent some time researching what could help with muscular pain I get in the legs and came up with this. In all fairness, I haven't had the pain for quite some time now so it could be fair to say the tablets have helped. They also ah um er relax the bowels somewhat.Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

I take cod liver oil as my optician thinks it may help with my dry eyes.
I also take a multivitamin with iron. I am generally of the opinion that most people don't need supplements, but I have very heavy periods so I think just having an extra boost to my diet isn't harmful.0 -
I go to the gym 3 times per week, run every morning and keep on a healthy diet. That's all. Time to time I can take Omega 30

I do have multivitamins in the house, and if I feel myself getting run down, or trying to recover from something, I will take them occasionally
I much prefer to eat a balanced diet0 -
