I have used them a few times, most recently returning on 01/01/2017 at 1145pm.

I walked from the terminal to the meet and greet office, upon arrival, I gave them my ticket and they gave me the keys and said thank you very much, your car is in bay 9 just around the corner.

What were your expectations?

Yep, our experience too. My OH used the meet and greet every week for about 6 months. He never had a problem with miles on the clock, damage etc.

He does only use it for work now though. We park on the multi storey these days when we go on holiday.

Yes, it was the official Manchester Airport one, and I agree the cabin isn't far from the terminal building. However, the car wasn't actually there - it was basically two carparks away. Rather than dragging 4 tired people and their assorted luggage out into the dark and the rain, OH sallied forth to get it and then had to be 'allowed' back in to the meet and greet car park to pick us up.

I'd expected, at the bare minimum, that the car would be waiting for us at the same carpark we'd dropped it off at, not further away. I guess I'd vaguely thought there might be some help with luggage. Wow, imagine if they'd actually met us and greeted us!!
