Broken down car parked in my space

The nearest public highway is about 30 metres away. Finding a safe place to put the car there (the road is fairly bendy), that is not already occupied by a vehicle, would probably prove to the the most challenging thing.0

I would have thought it shouldn't be too hard. Just grab a space on the road with your own car then acquire as some wheel dollies as suggested earlier and swap the cars at 3 am when no-one is around to see. Job done.0
-
And then try to explain it to the police when you lose control whilst moving it.0

3 burly mates and 1 moderately burly mate would be able to bounce a car along too.0 -
It will be easier to move if you can take the hand brake off... Assuming it's actually on.0

Great news: arrived home from work tonight to find a large notice from the city council attached to the vehicle's windscreen. It gives the owner seven days to remove the vehicle, otherwise the council will take it.
Thank you everyone for the responses here.0 -
Not so good news, it seems. 11 days after the council attached the notice and the car is still there. Still had a flat tyre and definitely not been moved in/out of the space at any time.glider3560 wrote: »Great news: arrived home from work tonight to find a large notice from the city council attached to the vehicle's windscreen.
