Broken down car parked in my space

I rent my house from my landlord. There are three parking spaces next to my neighbour's house: two mine and one his. They aren't connected to my house, but I have a copy of the Land Registry title plan (provided by the landlord) clearly showing both spaces form part of the freehold on this property. I only have one car, so use the second for visitors (else they have nowhere to park).
Since the start of December, there has been a car parked in one of my spaces. A note on the dashboard says "Electrical fault - awaiting recovery". The car has not moved since then.
Before Christmas, I placed a note on the window, asking if it could be moved as I would like to use the space. The note was still there in the new year, looking rather wet from the rain and clearly unread.
Does anyone have any advice on what I should do about this car? I don't know who the owner is and the car appears to be adandoned.

Just checked online.
MOT expired in November. Tax expired in November - doesn't appear to be SORN.0 -
Report it to the council as an abandoned vehicle. If they're not interested, I can only suggest what might be considered on the fringes of what is lawful, so can't be said here.0

Report to dvla?I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Apply to dvla using v888 form to get persons details. Costs a fiver and you can contact them tell them to shift it.0

If it is on private land it is not the Council's responsibility.
The Council or the Police used to be able to cover the costs of removing abandoned cars from the scrap value that they received for them. However, with scrap metal prices currently much lower and with increased environmental costs for the scrap businesses, it now costs more to get them removed and scrapped than can be recouped from the scrap value. Recovering the costs from the sort of people who might just abandon a car in the first place, is also costly and often unlikely to be successful.
This is really your landlords problem.0 -
In your rent agreement does it say you have access to the parking and specifically 2 spaces? If not you don't, no matter what any land registry documents say, and you have no say on what is or isn't on that part of the property.
For all you know the landlord has allowed a friend or family member to store the car there.0
