Premier Parking Logisitcs

Hi! I received a parking ticket this afternoon from premier parking logistics. The ticket was issued while I was getting change for the machine from a shop on the carpark, the owner of the shop has said that he will be a witness to me asking for change for the machine. I had been there less than five minutes and the fine is £100 reduced to £60 if paid in the first 14 days with a £4.50 card handling charge!!!. I've done a bit of research and I can see that the company is not registered on companies house and is not a member of BPA. I called the company at the time the warden was putting the ticket on my car (he could see i'd gone to get change but didn't care) the man on the phone was really rude and aggressive, he told me that I could appeal
I didn't give any details over the phone though and it was from my work phone. Can they still get my details and if I don't pay is this the start of months of threatening letters? Thanks for any help you can give.

The website is a joke with poor spilling and grandma, and they tell lies on it. Since when can a private company issue a fine?
Most of the site isn't working anyway, including the appeals process.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -

So if he uses Gladstones and the courts does that mean I need to just pay it if I don't want to go to court? I'm happy to send the letter in the sticky thread but i'd rather not end up going to court!0

the guy is a thug a bragging thug well known , yes he can gety your details , but not for 28 days (is the v5 registered to your address?)
having just joined the IPC , his skooling lessons must have finished early , because he simply cannot read the IPCcode of practice , POFa2012 or his KODOE agreement with the DVLA.
lets just pick up on2 points that emerge from your post
1: grace periods
2: a £4.50 card charge? , admittedly atthe moment only (?) on £60 , but in a few weeks it will be on £100 ,,, naughty boy!
please get some snaps of the car park signs , you hav,nt said that they were faulty , but I,m hoping that there will not be a disclaimer stating no grace periods
by default , grace periods are allowed , and it will be interesting to see the time observed and time ticket issued written in crayon on your ticket .
await others , but please , you were not in the wrong , so fight itSave a Rachael
