Fingers crossed for the puppy - Mr Redo had a lab collie cross puppy, same as others have said, obsessed with (stolen) food, and slow to toilet train but she was nice (for a dog) and very good with the cats.My mortgage free diary: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6498069/whoops-here-comes-the-cheese

Nice “for a dog” indeed redo - pfft!We had a failed Guide Dog lab years ago. Got him aged 2 after he’d made abundantly clear to the GDBA that no thank you, he was NOT going to work for a living. He was ludicrously tall for a lab, with great long gangly legs, and used to fall over absolutely everything. (Possibly another good reason for him to not end up as a guide dog?!) He was also the biggest softy in the world, and the least food-motivated Labrador in the world. Our first Cavalier (the Blenheim) was entirely bewildered by getting a doggy pal who had no interest in being complicit in food stealing exploits, in fact, poor thing, it must have come as quite a disappointment as I suspect his first thought on seeing Prince was that HE would be able to reach the kitchen worktops without mountaineering! 😂🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡
