Can any kind person point me in the direction of the details for the "£2008 in 2008" challenge?
I've had a scout around for further details but can't for the life of me find it, probably right under my nose!!
I slacked off a bit for the last three months of this year when it came to comps so think this could be good motivation for me to get back in there!
Cheers!0 -

It does tend to move around
I swear threads hide from me all the time too, but only when I'm trying to find them... when I give up then they spring out of nowhere onto my list
Good luck RiTSoSad because you don't know what to do? Comping question? Take a look in the Comping Guide to find out0 -

Can I please ask how those posters who constantly post comps (Thanks:D ) find the comps. I would love to be far more pro active in posting comps but I can never seem to find them. I have googled 'competition and entry' but it only takes me to comping sites. Any clues???
Thanks0 -

Hi Annie and thanks for looking for new compsHow I do it (and it's probably not the best way) is:
~ check sites I know have comps regularly, e.g. more magazine, sugar magazine, etc. You start to remember ones to check after a while, and it also helps to look through older comps for sites to check
~ check sites I think might have comps e.g. radio stations under a certain brand, shopping centres etc. Esp if you can think of any local sites that might run comps that others on here might not yet have found
~ I often google for certain comps that seem to be everywhere, so for instance if there is a film out that seems to have a comp on every site I search for that film name and 'competition'
As I say this probably isn't the most efficient way of doing it, but it helps me find a few. Good luck
too many comps..not enough time!0 -
