ee & faulty handset
ive sent off a faulty Samsung s6 via an ee shop to be repaired. (4 months old)
6 weeks later still no phone back and after much discussion with repair centre have been told the warranty as been voided because off damage. NO damage when sent.
ee customer services will not help saying they are not responsible for the handset only the network
WHAT ON EARTH DO I DO?
please any suggestions

Who did you buy the phone from.??
Do you have any evidence of no damage . Its usually screen damage .0 -
What was the fault originally?0

If you acquired the phone as part of a contract the network operating covers the warranty. EE cover up to 24 months (even for Apple). If the fault is covered by their warranty terms they should repair or replace.
They will not cover accidental damage however. What was the fault?
Perhaps try talking to someone in the EE shop if you are having difficulties discussing with the call centre.0
