Vodafone Complaint [#15040466]

Hi there,


I have been struggling with financial difficulties and have unfortunately had a text to state I've missed my bill. I called up to agree a later repayment date in 2 weeks time but because my bill is over £200, the guy on the other end wanted £100.00 and threatened to cut me off today if not. I couldn't afford to pay that so he cut me off literally 5 minutes after the phone call.


I have 5 lines with Vodafone and have always paid bills on time, however due to loss of hours at work and other expenses, I am now over £750.00 down a month. I need to resolve this and would like to keep everything in writing. I'm hoping that opening this thread gets me the compassion and customer service that I need. Vodafone have made A LOT of money from my account alone, they've also cut me off by mistake in the past and deleted one of my numbers by mistake!


I hope that I can get pointed in the right direction. I've logged a complaint on their contact form as stated in the sticky thread.

    Why? I've had that number at one time with them and never had a business contract.
