Evening all,

have you ever heard the music genre Techno Swing?

Neither had i until today....:D

Takes a bit of getting used to.

Went shopping with 'Youngest' today. He finished work early and as its his birthday on Saturday we did a bit of retail therapy.

Onwards and forwards,

sleep peacefully all.

Judi - just had to google techno swing and I kind of like it. Could get used to it!

Thats me home and all the deeds done. Think I'll opt for an early night as opposed to watching a movie or something. Bet I don't fall asleep till midnight.

Sorry don't seem to be managing to post more frequently. Had a good New Year's Eve, went to a function in London & managed to see the fireworks, they were amazing.

Cue New Year's Day got a really bad cold, also on top a vomiting bug for 2 days. Feeling slightly better but still got a bad cough.

Had new carpets fitted upstairs today, we had been waiting till we had saved. Thought I would have had plenty of spare time to paint etc over New Year, only managed to get paintwork done, not the walls. Can't believe how much stuff I had to move as they were doing 3 rooms - 2 bags to charity shop & still more to sort in cupboards.

Redruby - hope dd enjoys her new job.
Tiredmum - hope you enjoyed your walk with Dolly, bet you can't wait to get her home.
