How has your week been?

Have had bad moneysaving week so far. How has yours been - any worse?
Overcharged on shopping (Tesco), late also + appalling customer service have had to ring several times and waiting for a manager to ring back - I think he's scared - and so he should be - grrrhhh;
can't get my scot. power account sorted online so don't know if am being charged gold nuggets for my leccie/gas; emailed loads and no replies.
been overcharged by BT since May - they never changed me to Option 1 from Option 2. Will have to wait till they go back and listen to the phone call. Like I'd phone up and lie about it.
Then opened bot. of wine from Laithwaites and its got so many bits floating, like a blinking lava lamp. very 60's.
My Sky doesn't work (even after spending money getting fixed)? Will have to kick husband up bot to try and mend when he's not at work.
My footie team lost on Tuesday. bah.
I don't feel too good. sore throat, cold and strange girlie hormone stuff going on. Missed Dr appointment coz of Tescos.
Had to help kids doing homework - v. stressful. revising and music practice. and haven't got my earplugs yet.
Just read this thru. and I need to stop having a moan I sound like Victor Meldrew, and get a life. ;D

My week has been tiring thanks. Thing is about cleaning someone elses place is that you dont want to do your own. My house looks like a pigstye but at least we are all being fed.

Little un asked me to help him with his homework last night an hour before bed time and when i was cooking tea - and i didnt. I got him up a bit early today though to look at his homework and all what he has done, has been done wrong. Told MrJudi and he gave me a lecture about making sure i spend time with minime. Thats rich coming from someone who spends 12 hours a day at work, 3 hours driving there and back and the rest of it asleep. >:( >:( >:(

    Very stressful

    1. Hubby - hospital for planned hernia - went wrong - internal bleeding - had to have it re-done and stop bleeding only came out last night instead of Tuesday. Still very poorly

    2. Examinable assignment for course to be finished and sent - working on it all week

    3. Had to go to work of course

    4. Two hormonal teenagers (particularly no: 2) who had me screaming at her this morning because she missed her coach and I had to take her to school.

    5. The house is an absolute tip and I need to go food shopping and this is supposed to be my day off!!

He is generous with the housekeeping.  Mind you i suspect he knows i save whats left over.  He gives me £100 a week grocery money and last week i only spent £60.  Mind you i could have growled at the Tesco delivery driver when he delivered my shopping.  'There you go Mrs ****' he said, 'your bill this week comes to £66.25'.  Hubby was close to the side of me, i could have died.  Later when i asked him for minimes child care allowance he said 'take it out of the shopping money youve scammed me for'.  Oh dear, i did rather ask for that!!!

Oh dear Corrina, how awful for you. Makes me feel bad for moaning about something so trivial. Big hugs flower and best wishes to the hubby xxx

Thanks judi for your kind thoughts - will past on wishes to him upstairs.

You could always tell Mr Judi that the money was to save for a special christmas/birthday or whatever present for him and you wanted it to be a surprise
