ANPR was never mentioned, it's the budding wannabee UKPC photographers, you know, the "fake" picture brigade.
BUT .... as this happens at 2am, maybe there is a resident stooge employed by UKPC AND IS PAID COMMISSION
The OP should stay up watching his van with his camera to see who the "David Bailey" is
" to find that my company had received the first of a few notice to keepers concerning my van"
no tickets on vehicle , therefore (in the eyes of POFa2012) ANPR cameras must have been installed on the road
on might also ask if the road has been adoptedSave a Rachael

You need to check your deeds/lease.
There may be a restrictive covenant stating no parking of commercial vehicles on your property.
Even if this is the case, the only option is for the land owner to take you to court.0 -

wiki , the font of truth
A commercial vehicle is any type of motor vehicle used for transporting goods or paid passengers. The European Union defines a "commercial motor vehicle" as any motorised road vehicle, that by its type of construction and equipment is designed for, and capable of transporting, whether for payment or not: (1) more than nine persons, including the driver; (2) goods and "standard fuel tanks". This means the tanks permanently fixed by the manufacturer to all motor vehicles of the same type as the vehicle in question and whose permanent fitting lets fuel be used directly, both for propulsion and, where appropriate, to power a refrigeration system. Gas tanks fitted to motor vehicles for the direct use of diesel as a fuel are considered standard fuel tanks.[1]
or lets go for the DVLA
Private and light goods (PLG) This is by far the most common tax class, covering almost 89%
of licensed vehicles. This tax class primarily consists of cars and light vans but can include
other vehicles used only for private purposes. Tax bands within PLG depend on engine size for
vehicles first registered before March 2001, while for cars registered on or after March 2001,
tax bands are based upon levels of CO2 emissions, with lower rates for cleaner vehicles.
• Goods vehicles Vehicles that have a gross weight of over 3.5 tonnes and are used for carrying
goods are taxed in this class. Generally, the rate of tax payable depends on the maximum
gross weight and the axle configuration of the vehicle. Since 1999 reduced rates have been
available for vehicles that create less pollution.
so unless the van is over 3.5 tons , its classed as Private and light goods (PLG) be it a mini or a transit vanSave a Rachael
