Why do private parking companies like to steal money from innocent?

I understand the owners need to buy holiday homes in other countries but is this truly an ethical way?

    A few hundred years ago these PPC owners would have been holding up stagecoaches at pistol point or boarding galleons with a cutlass in their hands. There would have been wanted/reward posters plastered all over the land to aid in their capture and, ultimately, most would have met their end swinging on the gallows at Tyburn.

    Unfortunately, the law frowns on that sort of behavior nowadays so they have had to adapt to a more 'legal' form of highway robbery/piracy.

    It's because the scum cannot get real jobs, scamming by vermin is common practice as they are down and outs, related to the Nigerian mobsters and probably decended from the Kray Twins.

    All you have to do is find yourself a car park, con the owner into thinking you will manage it, then you have a free licence to scam money from motorists. It's all approved by the government

    Is there any difference between taking and using a parking place without paying and taking an item from a shop without paying

    The only difference you get a criminal record for the second.

    Because its an easy way of making money. Stick up a few made up rules that some people are sure to break and over 50% will cough up without fuss.
