Best Account for Foreign Purchases/Withdrawls

I currently have a HSBC Advance, which I thought was better on Foreign stuff, than it actually is. Alongside which, I have a basic Natwest account and a Santander 123 account.
My S123 account has a 0% credit card also, which is shortly due to expire. So my plan here is to cancel the S123 credit card, and take out a new long 0% for purchases and then ditch either the Natwest and/or S123 current account and replace with one thats good on foreign stuff.
Now I've seen things like Halifax Clarify etc, which would suit, however thats credit. Are there any bank accounts which offer 'free' foreign purchases and withdrawls?
I make a lot of small purchases from China, the States and Europe and am fed up of being stung with the "Non-sterling transaction fee", and I also travel into Europe a lot. I currently use a Caxton card, but would consider/prefer to have a fee-free Current account IF possible.
Any thoughts/suggestions?

Have you considered the Halifax Clarity credit card?
It says so in the OP, but it's not relevant as they are looking (for whatever reason) for debit card.

Are you providing the Delorean for their time travel - N&P accounts have been closed to new applicants for several months.
Travelex Supercard is probably one of the easiest solutions if they don't want a credit card.
Others will probably come up with Revolut etc. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Well, halifax clarity is credit, but interest on withdrawals is daily so it pays to pay it off the same/next day (as I do). So I'm not exactly using it as a credit card in that sense.
Consider it if you can... it's been brilliant for me personally.0 -
Curve Card, Monzo, Loot, Revolut0

Thanks for the replies all - I'll have a look. I have considered, and will look again at the Clarity. I ruled it out as I didn't really want two Credit cards. Can't trust myself

I was hoping to close/shift one of my donor current accounts, to one that actually has some perks - those being fee free foreign purchase/withdrawls.0 -

Nationwide flex plus, there is a charge but £100 on offer for a referral, or possibly more.0 -
Post office credit card for purchases
Nationwide flex plus for cash withdrawals - if you add in the travel insurance, breakdown cover, extended warranty and mobile cover and 3% interest the £10 monthly fee is worth it.0 -
Supercard for your purchases can pair it up to any credit or debit card you want and keep your Caxton for withdrawals0
