I've had a PCN, I was APNR's for a period of 2h 14 mins but paid for 2hrs.
It took me 14 minutes to try and pay at the machine which kept rejecting my coins, I then saw the 'pay by phone' logo, downloaded the app (with a hit and miss signal) set up an account and all that took me 14 minutes - embarrassing but true. I paid for 2 hours via the app and was told I had until 14.24 on the day concerned, I left at 14.22 according to APNR - is there a case to appeal to POPLA here - PE have refused my initial appeal

so read the NEWBIES sticky thread and use the blue text template on their site choosing KEEPER (not driver)

then search this forum using the search box and using AIRE STREET or AIRE ST as the search words , read and copy what all the others have done , but only 2016 threads , the newer the better
