    I don't believe you would be able to pay it with a debit card, they won't have the facility for this.

    They don't. They're hopeless. My family member is still trying to pay them back, nearly ten months after she got her job.

    So does that mean you could get both, a budgeting advance and a credit advance? The one my family member is finding hard to get them to accept any payment for may be something else again - a hardship payment, they call it.
