Go back to the original price and tell them to meet it or bXXXXr off.we've already agreed to go £7,500 under asking price for them and throwing in £1,000 worth of free stuff that's only a year old. So no we are not willing to budge for them.

Yes lots of agents are trying it on as theres always some stupid buyers who dont research, however reductions are coming thick and fast.
