Does anyone know how to work out if someone is on income based or contribution based esa?? (ie how to work out what is most likely the case with my friend. Would the fact that she was offered only about £10 a week suggest anything? She's getting working tax credits as she hadn't been on esa very long and she's now cancelled, but it might not be in her interests so I'm trying hard to understand it all, as she was supposed to hand back a form, a health questionaire last week)

I've never been on it and I don't know, my friend, who I will see next week gets severely stressed out on the phone. She's got problems which means waiting 30mins for a call to be answered gets her in a right state and I'm trying to bypass it all, I'd like to be able to help.
