The problem with the DVLA is they reply far too much on the scammers favourite company .... THE BPA
The DVLA should be hauled in front of a Select Committee to answer WHY ?
The BPA should have their licence revoked to be an ATA as they have proven themselves useless and just protecting their scammers.

I would say that you do not have a thing to worry about over this company. Concentrate on ways how you can make them pay you some money.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
I don't expect there'll be much appetite to pursue this at court.
