    WHAT A HEADLINE

DVLA sells details to convicted criminal

The problem with the DVLA is they reply far too much on the scammers favourite company .... THE BPA

The DVLA should be hauled in front of a Select Committee to answer WHY ?

The BPA should have their licence revoked to be an ATA as they have proven themselves useless and just protecting their scammers.

I would say that you do not have a thing to worry about over this company. Concentrate on ways how you can make them pay you some money.

I don't expect there'll be much appetite to pursue this at court.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
