Read Posts button

Afternoon,

Is there a way of putting a 'read post' button, similar to the thanks button on the site?

I don't always want to thank a post I've read and it would be a useful way of keeping up in threads.

The 'go to new post' button doesn't work.

It does for me. Which version of the site are you on, the old green one (that works) or the new blue one (that often didn't but may well now)?

It's never worked for me.
I regularly read the Konmarie thread on OS, but I'm always having to go back several posts to find my last read post.
