Go to Ascent (or whatever it is called) & just let one of their 6 point videos run in a small background browser. I usually turn the volume down on my computer until it's done. It doesn't let you mute the actual videos. I usually do this whilst click-watching through 6 Watch video clips and clicking through the 10 reps of Swagasaurus Jump. I usually have a mobile app ticking over at the same time. Work smart.
You can mute the tab in your browser, or just open in a browser you don't use normally and mute that browser completely.0 -
