Did you see the response from kippygolf?

I think that for me 'ticket updated' just meant they are looking into it. They usually get back to me in their own time.
After a few days, you could reply asking any progress please?

I had an issue with a couple of mastercards recently.
I couldn't redeem them going via my tablet but when I tried the link on my laptop they worked fine.
No idea why they wouldn't work on my tablet.

You didn’t participate in the last round of Swago? Here’s what you need to know to get your 300 SB Bonus:

Starting Monday, December 4th at 5PM GMT head to your Swago Board and hit “Join”. If you don’t hit “Join” you won’t get credit for completing the action items.
Each square on your Swago Board will contain an action item to complete. They can be anything from getting a search win, earning SB in Surveys, or earning SB in nCrave, just to name a few.
Once you complete the action item in a particular square the square will change color signifying the action item is complete.
You have until 8PM GMT on Monday, December 11th to mark off as many squares as possible so use your time wisely.
