I can understand being rude, but upsetting them? They need to get a grip. This is our time and money they are talking about. Being firm and going "oi" doesnt mean you have to be rude.

Absolutely! But people do get banned, sometimes for nothing they can fathom out. And, when I once grumbled strongly about having to write in every blooming time I didn't get SBs for a particular thing, they stopped responding to my tickets at all for ages. It must be pretty ropey being a help desk person with SBs, the system is so tiresome, that I prefer not to rub them up the wrong way.

Look at how they treat the members of their site - the ones who bring in their income. They probably treat the customer service monkeys even worse!0 -

I'm struggling to mark that square off too. I think a blue banner with the activate button should be appearing but isn't!

I wouldn't risk being critical, you can get banned for being rude or upsetting them. Pleading for help will likely get a better result.
Oh well, I've had my account 5 years now with no problems. I don't like my intelligence being insulted nor my time being wasted, it's too precious. It's a ridiculous and confusing system that is not user friendly, intact it's designed to cheat users out of their hard earned Swagbucks because they think their ticket has been answered by a human when it has not. No other company would get away with sending out rubbish like that and no other company does!Minimalist

They are people, ordinary people like you and me. How would you like it if your job entailed floods of appeals for DQ surveys and all other kinds of queries and complaints, and some of them were totally unnecessarily rude? The system starts with an automated acknowledgement because in some cases, depending on the nature of the ticket, that may be enough to give the person the information they need to solve their problem. It takes mere seconds to reply to that ack, either including information you may have omitted from your ticket or just referring them to it; why be nasty to them, when they are the ones who will be helping you to get your SB?
Sorry, but it's their choice to do that job. I wouldn't and I wouldn't work in cold calling either! If you CHOOSE to do that, then you accept everyone as they come. I'm polite when needed in life, but I don't tolerate crap from companies who mess me around. I assert my rights, the law or whatever is needed to get what I am entitled to. Sorry if that's harsh, but these companies take our money and/or time and only exist to provide a service. They don't deserve custom if they have poor customer service and that's all there is to it. There are plenty of other PTC type sites, in the same way as you can choose to change utilities or retailer to get better service. That's business.Minimalist
