Hi can anyone help please. I have received a code for M & S Gift card but cannot access the gift card itself to obtain the pin number needed when ordering on M & S site - where it says get e-gift card it takes me straight to M & S website. Not sure what to do and no reply from Swagbucks

Can you try in a different browser? I have no issue with M&S in Chrome or Firefox. Allow pop ups also.

Right, I've just read through those "acknowledgements" properly - and I'm writing this off to experience, frankly. This is the important paragraph, and there's a lot of it:

"Where you were presented with the survey: (Email, Swagbucks Inbox, Homepage, Gold Surveys, Partner surveys, etc.):
    Survey ID
    Survey SB Amount
    Date of Survey
URL of the survey (If you have it available)

By providing this information upfront in your ticket to us, we will be able to offer you faster resolution. We do suggest writing down the Survey ID before clicking into the survey for reference if an issue occurs."

I haven't read past this post so apologies if someone has gotten in first.

I literally respond 'as you can see from the screenshot included in my original ticket I successfully completed the survey - I hope to be reimbursed for XX sb soon - kindest regards...' Did this at 00:30 this morning and was reimbursed by 01:00am.

    Hope that helps

You're more polite than me! I just tell them that this information has already been submitted with the original ticket, sometimes adding (if they bothered to read it) and why are they wasting my time asking for the same information again?

I HATE their new ticket system, it's beyond confusing.

They are people, ordinary people like you and me. How would you like it if your job entailed floods of appeals for DQ surveys and all other kinds of queries and complaints, and some of them were totally unnecessarily rude? The system starts with an automated acknowledgement because in some cases, depending on the nature of the ticket, that may be enough to give the person the information they need to solve their problem. It takes mere seconds to reply to that ack, either including information you may have omitted from your ticket or just referring them to it; why be nasty to them, when they are the ones who will be helping you to get your SB?

I wouldn't risk being critical, you can get banned for being rude or upsetting them. Pleading for help will likely get a better result. :D

If all your other websites are working fine its unlikely to be your computer/browser. Plus its happening to a lot of people (me included).

Its a screw up at their end, and mildly frustrating to say the least.

I would hazard a guess there is an error in their CSS or JS files somewhere - or maybe one isnt connecting at all.

I can understand being rude, but upsetting them? They need to get a grip. This is our time and money they are talking about. Being firm and going "oi" doesnt mean you have to be rude. :) :A

I'm struggling to mark that square off too. I think a blue banner with the activate button should be appearing but isn't!
