Right, I've just read through those "acknowledgements" properly - and I'm writing this off to experience, frankly. This is the important paragraph, and there's a lot of it:

"Where you were presented with the survey: (Email, Swagbucks Inbox, Homepage, Gold Surveys, Partner surveys, etc.):
    Survey ID
    Survey SB Amount
    Date of Survey
URL of the survey (If you have it available)

By providing this information upfront in your ticket to us, we will be able to offer you faster resolution. We do suggest writing down the Survey ID before clicking into the survey for reference if an issue occurs."

Just reply to it being polite. I always answers the ones I can and tell them I don't have a URL but I've attached screenshots. If you can't remember the info now just tell them that you included it in your original ticket.

How do people find is best to redeem their SB's to maximise earnings?

As a keen gamer I have been using 500SB to get a $5 Steam Gift Card. When entered on Steam the $5 is converted to £3.80.

This means for Steam I am getting 76p per 100SB.
Paypal is 800SB for £5 which is 62.5p per 100SB.

Right now you can get £5 on Amazon for 620SB which is 80.5p per 100SB, although I am not sure the Amazon card is always 620SB.

Just curious how everyone else makes the most from their efforts? The Paypal option seems to be the worst value.

I always go for £5 Amazon, I would go for £10 if was better value but I don't like to let my swagbucks balance get much higher than that. Amazon giftcards are valid 10 years, the product range is massive and with the right timing the prices are usually as good as anywhere else (Being rather rural makes online shopping the easiest)

I've raised a ticket about the TomboyX problem. I've had an acknowledgement (not just an auto one, but a human one) and I'll post the outcome here.

I'm having trouble explaining this. What you have received is a standard automated response. They come across as rather insulting and perhaps even an attempt to fob us off, If ever a query is to be successful these need to be replied to in order to get a real person on the other end to look at the problem.

Some people, like myself re explain and attach screenshots that have already supplied. Others apparently just say something like please refer to the supplied information and screen shots.

I know it's annoying, but it can work in your favour!

Yep, as thisone said, that is the standard response you will get every single time you submit a ticket for a survey not crediting. If you don't reply to it, you don't get the SB.

Hi can anyone help please. I have received a code for M & S Gift card but cannot access the gift card itself to obtain the pin number needed when ordering on M & S site - where it says get e-gift card it takes me straight to M & S website. Not sure what to do and no reply from Swagbucks
