Doesn't appear to be an option in account setting to change phone number best to pm swags on facebook and ask if they can add your number.

Might be worth checking your ledgers for yesterday, I'm not happy!

This happened to me as well. Really frustrating. :(

I've put in a support ticket.
I assume the original survey has now been credited (I've been credit 75 SB for a completed survey) so I've asked them for my 75SB double up I should have received.
Will see how far it gets me.

There was a 200sb Gold survey with an entry question asking what devices I had, such as a cell phone and a cordless phone.
There was a 69sb Peanut Lab survey asking the same question in exactly the same way. Coincidence?

Thank you for that, I checked and also had a 75sb credit for a completed survey, so I've put in a support ticket as well.
I'll let you know if I hear anything.
  • There's a 7sb Instant Survey but despite refreshing page numerous times, I can't get it to popup!

    Frustrating.
