I have emailed them again and confirmed it's not a fault my end and included screenshots 72sb instant has gone

I rarely get an instant survey but OH has also had all the above today,Possibly meant for USA only like those ncraves that keep showing up and can't be clicked through.

Hi, please know this is being looked into and I'm sorry for the frustration this is causing.This is an error and obviously not intentional. If I could have this fixed faster you, I would.
