    So, since coming back off holiday, I haven't been able to access gold surveys. When I click on Gold surveys, I get the following message:-

    We're sorry. It seems that answering surveys is not for you.
    Unfortunately your personal information is not consistent. We are
    thus unable to complete your survey profile.

    It says to contact them, they haven't replied. Anyone else struggling with this? As far as I'm aware, my personal information hasn't changed.

    Did you log in to Swagbucks whilst on Holiday? The software might be confused about your location.

    I think kippygolf mentioned sometime ago that that happens on occasion.

    They seem to be blocking and banning a lot of people at the moment one guy got his account deactivated the other day when he tried to make a withdrawal of £500.
    I always withdraw as soon as i have enough and am spending less time on swags now.
    There are better sites were i can earn more with less hassle and a wider range of gift cards

    I don't think you can verify by SMS, I think that's US only. If you need to verify your account you'll need to have a postcard sent with a code. Only takes a few days to arrive.
