Hi guys,
A little confused about the bonuses (a long time since I used this site continuously!).
Is the "Total Value" bonus for the day include the "Daily Value" bonus wihtin it? I.e., if the bonus where 10 and 20 SB, and you completed the total goal for that day, you would earn 20SB bonus for that day at the end of the month, not 10+20=30SB?0 -

Hi All, I'm a bit puzzled. Have they changed the verification process? In the past I got a prompt to request a postcard PIN on trying to order a GC, and you then waited the 5 days or so for it to arrive.
I ordered a GC and got order email confirmation. Later on I received an email saying:
"Thank you for your recent Rewards Store purchase. In order to proceed, our Compliance team will need to confirm and verify your order for delivery. Please fill out the following form and click submit for approval"
On clicking the link it just takes you to the usual customer services 'submit a request' screen. I've tried selecting the option for Verification queries and there is a box down the page to enter a PIN. BUT have they triggered sending the postcard, or do I request it somehow? Guess I'll just have to wait and see if it turns up. Did respond to their mail, but no reply as yet.0 -

You will have to send them some sort of message so when you get a standard email reply you can then respond to that. If you are on facebook message them on there as well to get it seen to.
Compliance step in when they are not happy about something you have done and want to check it out, this is different from the usual verification process. Have you any shop and earns? You may have to provide a receipt of some kind before they will release the gift card.0 -

I've had a gift card showing as "Verified" in my order page for 14 business days, so I submitted a ticket. Had a response from the "Compliance team" this morning: "Your rewards are now approved. They will be delivered to your account in the next few business days."
I'll believe it when I see it...

Just found this on OfferToro for 9SB, thanks. It takes a few clicks to get redirected to the external website (I went with booking.com as people has mentioned it on here) but as soon as it redirects to there it credited instantly.MFW - OP 10% each year to clear mortgage in 10 years!
