Hi all, I am using Engageme TV for the first time today, and it seems to take a really long time to get any SB. It says you have to watch 6 ads, but after about 20 minutes, I am still on step 2 of 6. Is that usual? I don't mind, I just wonder if I am doing something wrong!
    Thank you

When the number on the right reaches 0.8 is when it pays 1SB.
They are very flakey, sometimes they show an ad between videos, sometimes they don't. If you're not getting an ad after several videos, either refresh (which resets the amount you have to watch back to zero) or try one of the other ones. I usually refresh until it loads an ad first, if it doesn't load an ad first it's probably unlikely to go the distance to paying - YMMV.

I got this automated reply too. Getting sick of just getting automated responses when I'm only submitting a ticket because the FAQ (which offers the exact same information) doesn't cover it  Everything is such an uphill battle with Swagbucks :(

Just had another reply and they have refunded back my £15 worth of points, so I have ordered £25. Fingers crossed it comes quickly :p

Hope you get yours sorted out soon. xx

If you are nearby you can fast forward the videos instead of refreshing which annihilates any points you may have collected. Yesterday was a particularly bad day, usually I get an ad every 3 or 4 videos.

    Hi guys,

A little confused about the bonuses (a long time since I used this site continuously!).

Is the "Total Value" bonus for the day include the "Daily Value" bonus wihtin it? I.e., if the bonus where 10 and 20 SB, and you completed the total goal for that day, you would earn 20SB bonus for that day at the end of the month, not 10+20=30SB?
