I'm really really cross; was newbie to swagbucks from MSE recommendation. Worked socks off on surveys (including getting long suffering kids to complete) requested redemption of £20 to PayPal, had processeing email and then account deactivated for violation of terms although they won't tell me what I'm meant to have done. No further correspondence will be entered into and no reward.

I know some of you have had lot of sucess with swagbucks but I think they're a bunch of robing s*!*ts :mad::mad:

Sorry to hear that. You could try appealing for help on their Facebook page.

Sharing an account with others or giving answers that are not consistent with your personal profile is strictly forbidden in the terms. I don't know what you have done and I'm not judging but maybe that is the reason??? Hopefully if you are able to correspond you could explain??

Some of the surveys I start then ask if the child (they specify the age range) is there to complete it, if it's those then "sharing" should not be a problem.

Yes that's it - survey asks if (usually 14 y/o) is able to answer. These tend to be on entertainment, video games etc when they want a teenage perspective. I imagine under 18's are not able to hold their own account so must be done with parental consent. I'm the only one in the house who holds survey accounts.

If they had concerns about my account they should have specified what they were (believe me I'm not tech savvy enough for any complicated electronic fraud) and asked for a response, not just shut down and void anything owed. Will email them again today but not hopeful

Sounds like you probably jumped in too fast - it's going to look suspicious if you go from zero to filling out loads of surveys in a short time. I started off very slowly, most people would need time to learn the site. It took months before I got up to speed. Think my first redemptions were in multiples of £5. I've had my account since 2012 and earnt over £2K to date.
