What is this GYM of which you speak?
Now CHOCOLATE I understand. I always seem to always buy the chocolate that shouts to me from the darkest cupboard.
My intention is to go for a swim a couple of days this week. And a couple of walks too depending on the weather. Small steps in more ways than one.Don't get it perfect - Get it goingBetter Than Before0 -
I prefer swimming Pauline, tonight I have done both , cycling 10 k , a few weights. Then swam 32 lengths .
I had a lung problem years ago , so exercise to keep my lungs healthy. It's certainly not to be slim. That's an old conversation now ! I think so long ad you try any exercise every day it's better than nothing at all. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Wow I am impressed with your exercise.
I am taking my cosy with me tomorrow for an afterwork swim. I usually aim for 30 lengths. Think I will up it to 35 but not cycling and weights too.
At least you made a space for the chocolate bar with exerciseIf you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Update on Northern Rock PPI. I have received a letter today telling me I actually only had the policy for 6 months , I probably realised I had it and cancelled it. Not that I remember it was way back in 2005 a rather turbulent time in my life. They have managed to produce the cancellation form with my signature on.
However they have upheld my request so for 6 months ppi payment I am receiving £312 , again not to be sniffed at when you haven't got much. Just need to return the form accepting.
I would advise anyone who hasn't been down this road yet claim, claim , claim. Just two more complaints to go then I am done . £722 so far with little effort. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
