    Quite the joker DIA:rotfl:

    Late start today as I had to make dental appointment, been having problems for a week or so. Managed to get a cancellation for this morning.

    Last night at the gym I had my second session with a personal trainer . Now before you think I have gone completely off the rails. There was an offer on 4 sessions for £28. Last night was my 2nd one , lets say I know I went to the gym.

    I got weighed and measured , my weight hasn't changed much this last year , but I am about 3 stone overweight. I do plan to lose some later this year for my trip to Oz , but feel that I need to get up to full fitness again before I embark on any weight loss.

    On the lookout for a Fitbit , just a simple one. Argos have one at the moment for £40 think I will get it . Need to see how much the dentist is today first though . My parents said they will buy it for my birthday but that's December ! :D

    I hope the dentist isn't too expensive.

    It's really hard losing weight. It's the stress eating that sabotages me :(. Getting fit does help though I'm sure.
