I thought the last episode of Girlfriends was just beyond belief.

Still at home , looking like I will be off all week , return to work next week. I am feeling lots better with the voice and the cough has mostly gone. It's my back now that is the problem.

I have found a Groupon deal for a physio less than 5 mins away in the car , that gives me an hour for consultation and some Physiotherapy. Hence to say I have bought it for £19 and am going tomorrow afternoon. I have £80 left in the food/petrol budget so am taking it from there . I will probably book in for another session at £30 for Physiotherapy as well later in the week.

    That's it for the moment.

  • Back pain is horrible - hopefully it's a bit easier by now and the ibuprofen is doing its job.

Money left over is great news - always nice when that happens eh! :T

Hope the physio does the trick - be sure to mention that you've recently had cough/cold etc so they don't pull you around too much.

More snow on the fells - but very icy and causing issues for roads I believe. Fortunately I just get to look over at it and don't need to go anywhere for the next couple of days.

    Good luck with the physio.
