Sat in my dressing gown ready for an early night as advised by SSG. Work went really well today got lots done and am glad I went in. It was way to hot and dry in the office . I have drank loads of water about 1.5 litres. Keep coughing , but 3 days till I go back in so hope it passes.

Flights to Australia booked this evening, leave agreed no problem at all. Went through topcashback as well only 1.5%, but better than nothing.

    Childminding duties tomorrow.

I will be excited for months , I will probably be travelling by myself but that is something I am used to. I have flown to Australia on my own before . There is always the possibility of getting upgraded , it’s happened before !

Today I got an email from M@S saying they were refunding me £12 for a dressing gown I hadn’t collected that I ordered on Xmas Eve. Well that’s strange as I was sat in said dressing gown. Being honest to the end I phoned them up and said am sat in said dressing gown. The lady said we have done the reimbursement so you can keep the money . Honesty is the best policy it seems. £12 going in my little buffer account.

  • Good evening

You are completely right about honesty. Now you can enjoy the £12 with a clear conscience.

I reckon going in for the day was a good idea. This way you have no overhanging worry over the weekend.

Don't let the little ones run you ragged.

    Take care honey
