£2 Savers Club for 2017

Hi all,
Hope your £2 savings are going well. I usually do most of my postings on my phone, but whilst on holiday my screen packed up. So i am phone-less at the moment - eek!
Will post when i can. Haven't had any £2 for the past few weeks but have had lots of twoonies. (2 Canadian dollars), i wish that our £2 coins were in such plentiful supply.

Weste, happy hunting with the potter coins. I managed to get two of the coins for hubby. Whilst on holiday, I also managed to get a coloured quarter coin. They have produced a limited amount just like the potter coloured coin.

I'd love to join this; I have wanted to start a Rainy Day Fund for ages and this looks like a good way to start. I'll start hunting out those £2 coins!

Hi Gem-Gem, can I join please? I'd already started saving £2 coins but can do with some support so I work hard at holding on to them instead of using them cos I can't be bothered to go to the cash machine.

I just need to find a bottle to stash them in. Update: found a small glass bottle, so I sealed the lid and made a hole in the top. Just big enough to put the coins in but I can't get them out, so I'll have to break the bottle when it's full. Result! :T

Another 8 for me since I last posted, bringing my total to £272. Need to collect another 14 before November as that's when I'm changing it up to pay for my son's 21st birthday meal.
