Thanks for the tips on what to do with my hoard of concealers. Obviously it's my most loved product having more of them than anything else in my makeup collection.

I've not used my NARS one since Friday to try and use some of the ones I've got just sitting there. I'm going to reduce them even further if I can.

One for selling is Vichy Dermablend as the shade is too dark for me. I'm going to list that on Depop in a bit.

I've used the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind under my eyes this morning (it's only got 25% left) and Estee Lauder Double Wear concealer where I needed it. I actually love that. I'd not properly given it a go before but the coverage is incredible and it's water resistant. That's a keeper for sure!

Well done. Part of the problem, I think, with ordering online is that it's so easy to get tempted into buying more to qualify for free postage. I nearly got sucked into that yesterday with John Lewis. Spend £50.00 for free delivery or £30.00 for Click and Collect. Didn't want to collect but was trying to set up Click and Collect+ however there was nowhere convenient for me to collect from and then when I looked at it closely Click and Collect+ still cost £3.50 the same as delivery anyway.

Well done. At least you can whittle them down this way. My daughter has had quite a bit of success selling on Depop but did find the haggling a bit annoying. Do you sell regularly on there?

    Exactly.

I've only just started to be honest as I have an abundance of wrongly matched foundations (premium brands) that I don't want to throw away so am trying to sell. I've not sold anything yet but it's only been a week.

My next stop will be eBay. I'm trying to sell the stuff I don't use to pay off my outstanding debt as it's money I wouldn't usually have.

have you tried mixing a concealer with the foundations, or white, bronzer or dark drops to adjust the colour if the texture is good. I used a concealer from la roche posey years ago as a foundation. the merest speck blended out into a wonderful finish. I find it is easier to adjust a wrong colour than deal with the wrong texture. After doing training with some of the skincare companies (and my role in rl) and making creams i tend to more of a mixologist at home.

Kevyn aucoin sensual skin enhancer is a concealer base that you mix with oil or moisturizer to create a foundation. It might work if you mix a concealer that is not great with moisturizer to make into a tinted moisturizer or foundation.

Does Depop allow you to sell opened cosmetics? I know ebay don't allow it but I have so many things I'll never use but have only been tested or used lightly so if I can sell it I'll join Depop!

I assume so as I've seen used items on there.

Have brought a NARS lipgloss out of my collection today and it's finished I think. When I applied it this morning I was only getting a small amount of product. Have had it stood upside down on my desk all day and tried using it recently to find no further product on the wand so it must be UU (I think).

    So:-

    11. NARS lipgloss Raspberry colour I got 4 of these in a kit the Christmas before last? and think they are all at a similar stage of usage. This was lovely but nothing that I would seek out to repurchase. Have plenty of other lip products.
